Overview

Projects

  • Developed a physics-informed machine learning model for battery cycle-life prediction by fusing equivalent-circuit model with CC–CV charging features, achieving <3% prediction error.
  • Developed a multi-scale battery pack design algorithm that concurrently resolves cell-, module-, and pack-level layouts within a defined space claim to satisfy battery requirements, cutting design generation from ~1 week to ~10 minutes; extending the work to a reduced-order model (ROM) correlating module-level structural vibration behavior to pack-level performance.
  • Building Omniverse digital twins for CAT 6060 Hydraulic Mining Shovels, motor graders, and large mining track machines, enabling real-time PhysX simulation.
  • Working on static stress analysis, nonlinear material and large deformation, contact/impact, dynamics, and thermal mechanical FEA analysis using ABAQUS.
